BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF CAMPBELL RECOMMENDING AMENDMENTS TO
THE LAND USE ELEMENT OF THE GENERAL PLAN FROM
LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL TO MEDIUM DENSITY
RESIDENTIAL AND/OR PROFESSIONAL OFFICE FOR
PROPERTY KNOWN AS 440 & 456 LLEWELLYN AVENUE
(GP 81-08, LAMPE CONSTRUCTION).
After notification and public hearing as specified by law on proposed
amendments to the Land Use Element of the General Plan from Low Density
Residential to Medium Density Residential and/or Professional Office for
property known as 440 & 456 Llewellyn Avenue, and after presentation by the
Planning Director, proponents and opponents, the hearing was closed.
After due consideration of all evidence presented, the Planning Commission
does find as follows:
1. The proposed Medium Density Residential land use would be
compatible with the existing development.
2. The proposed changes are in the best interest of the City
of Campbell.
The Manning Commission does hereby adopt a Resolution recommending
that the City Council adopt the Ordinance attached hereto as Exhibit A
making effective the proposed amendments.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of September, 1981 by the following
roll call vote:
AYES: Commissioners: Howard, Kotowski, Campos, Meyer, Kasolas
NOES: Commissioners: Fairbanks
