BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION
RECOMMENDING AMENDMENTS TO THE LAND USE ELEMENT OF
THE GENERAL PLAN FROM LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL TO
LOW-MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL ON PROPERTY KN04JN
AS 956 SAN SAN TOMAS AQUINO ROAD (GP 81-06,
HARRISON & KONG).
After notification and public hearing as specified by law on proposed
amendments to the Land Use Element of the General Plan from Low Density
Residential to Low-Medium Density Residential for property known as
956 San Tomas Aquino Road, and after presentation by the Planning
Director, proponents and opponents, the hearing was closed.
After due consideration of all evidence presented, the Planning
Commission does find as follows:
1. The proposed Low-Medium Density Residential land use would
be compatible with the existing development.
2. The proposed changes are in the best interest of the City
of Campbell.
The Planning Commission does hereby adopt a Resolution recommending
that the City Council adopt the Ordinance attached hereto as Exhibit A
making effective the proposed amendments.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of September, 1981 by the following
roll call vote:
AYES: Commissioners: Howard, Campos, Meyer, Kasolas
NOES: Commissioners: Kotowski, Fairbanks
