PC Res 2044RESOLUTION N0. 2044 PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF CAMPBELL, CALIFORNIA After notification and public hearing as specified by law on the application of Mr. Michael Spivey for a variance of both sideyard and rear yard setbacks for an additional dwelling unit on property known as 475 W. Sunnyoaks Avenue in an R-1 (Single-Family Residential) Zoning District, as per the application filed in the Office of the Planning Department on June 22, 1981, and after presentation by the ~ Planning Director, proponents and opponents, the hearing was closed. (V 81-03). After due consideration of all evidence presented, the Commission did find as follows: 1. This application was continued at the Planning Commission meetings of September 1 and August 4, 1981, in order that the applicant could submit revised plans. Revised plans had not been received as of September 15, 1981. Based on the above findings, the Planning Commission does hereby DENY WITHOUT PREJUDICE this application. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of September, 1981, by the following roll call vote: AYES: Commissioners: Howard, Kotowski, Campos, Meyer, Fairbanks, Kasolas NOES: Commissioners: None ABSENT: Commissioners: Dickson APPROVED: George C.
