PC Res 2041RESOLUTION N0. 2041 BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF PLANS, ELEVATIONS, DEVELOPMENT SCHEDULE AND CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL TO ALLOW CONSTRUCTION OF 15 SINGLE-FAMILY HOMES AT 1106, 1130 & 1142 AUDREY AVENUE IN A P-D (PLANNED DEVELOPMENT/LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL) ZONING DISTRICT. (APPLICATION OF MR. JIh1 LYLE, ZC 81-22.) After notification and public hearing as specified by law on the application of Mr. Jim Lyle for approval of plans, elevations, development schedule and conditions of approval for the construction of 15 single-family homes on property located at 1106, 1130 and 1142 Audrey Avenue, as per the application filed in the Office of the Planning Department, 75 N. Central Avenue, Campbell, California on June 10, 1981 and after presentation by the Planning Director, proponents and opponents, the hearing was closed. After due consideration of all the evidence presented, the Planning Commission did find as follows: 1. That the proposed construction of 15 single-family homes would be compatible with the existing uses in the immediate area and would be compatible with the Land Use Element of the General Plan which indicates "Low Density Residential". 2. This development is similar to recent approval for zone changes to P-D for single-family developments. 3. The proposed zone change will not be detrimental to the health, safety, peace, morals, comfort or general welfare of the persons residing or working in the neighborhood of such zone change, or be detrimental or injurious to property and improve- ments in the neighborhood or the general welfare of the City. The Planning Commission of the City of Campbell recommends that the City enact the Ordinance attached. hereto as Exhibit A making effective the recommended zone change.
