BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL RECOMMENDING APPROVAL
OF PLANS, ELEVATIONS, AND DEVELOPMENT SCHEDULE
TO ALLOW CONSTRUCTION OF AN ADDITIONAL DWELLING
UNIT ON PROPERTY KNOWN AS 116 S. FOURTH STREET
(APPLICATION OF MR. JOHN PETERS, PD 81-09).
Plans, elevations and development schedule for the construction of an
additional dwelling unit to be located on property known as 116 S. Fourth
Street in a P-D (Planned Development/Medium Density Residential) Zoning

After notification and public hearing as specified by law on said proposed
amendments, as filed in the Office of the Planning Department on July 6, 1981
and after presentation by the Planning Director, proponents and opponents,

residing or working in the neighborhood of such use, or
detrimental or injurious to property and improvements in
the neighborhood or the general welfare of the City.
Based on the above findings, the Planning Commission did recommend approval
of plans, elevations, and development schedule as presented and further
recommends that the City Council enact the Ordinance attached hereto as
Exhibit "A", adopting said plans, elevations, and development schedule
for that portion of the above mentioned Planned Development Zone.
