PC Res 2032PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF CAMPBELL, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 2032 After notification and public hearing as specified by law on the application of Mr. Jere LaGuisa for approval of plans and elevations to allow construction of three condominium units on property known as 270 N. Central Avenue in a R-M-S (Multiple Family Residential) Zoning District, as per the application filed in the Office of the Planning Department on June 30, 1981, and after presentation by the Planning Director, proponents and opponents, the hearing was closed (S 81-21). After due consideration of all evidence presented, the Commission did find as follows: That the establishments, maintenance, and operation of the proposed use will not be detrimental to the health, safety, peace, morals, comfort, or general welfare of persons residing or working in the neighborhood of such use, or be detrimental or injurious to the property and improvements in the neighborhood or the general welfare of the City. Based on the above findings, the Planning Commission does hereby grant the requested approval, subject to the conditions listed on Exhibit A, attached hereto.
