RESOLUTION N0. 2026
After notification and hearings as specified by law on the application
of Mr. Gary Kanawyer for approval of plans and elevations to allow con-
struction of an additional 1,500 square foot warehousing building on
property known as 70 Cristich Lane in an M-1-S (Light Industrial) Zoning
District, as per the application filed in the Office of the Planning
Department on February 10, 1981, and after presentation by the Planning
Director, proponents and opponents, the following recommendation is made
(S 81-09):
1. That this application (S 81-09) be denied without prejudice
in order that it may be removed from the agenda.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of July, 1981, by the following
roll call vote:
AYES: Commissioners: Pack, Kotowski, Campos, Meyer, Dickson,
Fairbanks, Kasolas
