BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF CAMPBELL RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF

ALLOW CONSTRUCTION OF 5 TOWNHOMES ON PROPERTY
KNOWN AS 114 DOT AVENUE (APPLICATION OF ALTAMONT
DEVELOPMENT COMPANY, PD 81-08).
Plans, elevations, and development schedule for the construction of 5
townhomes to be located on property known as 114 Dot Avenue in a P-D
(Planned Development/Medium Density Residential) Zoning District have
been presented for approval by the Altamont Development Company.
After notification and public hearing as specified by law on said
proposed amendments, as filed in the Office of the Planning Department
on May 20, 1981, and after presentation by the Planning Director,
proponents and opponents, the hearing was closed.

residing or working in the neighborhood of such use, or
detrimental or injurious to property and improvements in
the neighborhood or the general welfare of the City.
Based on the above findings, the Planning Commission did recommend
approval of plans, elevations, and development schedule as presented
and further recommends that the City Council enact the Ordinance
