A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING SUBMITTAL OF PROPOSED 2010/2011 STORM WATER
MANAGEMENT BUDGET TO WEST VALLEY SANITATION DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the City and WVCWP have prepared the FY 201.0/2011 Storm Water
Program Management Budget for the City of Campbell's pro-rated share of the
expenditures for the West Valley Clean Water Program and other related budget items
that are needed for compliance of the NPDES permit; and
WHEREAS, the City Council needs to approve the FY 2010/2011 Storm Water
Management Budget for the Clean Water Program so that it can be sent by the District
to the County Assessor for inclusion in the tax roll for FY 2010/11.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell
does hereby approve the submittal of the FY 2010/2011 Storm Water Management
Budget to West Valley Sanitation District.
