PC Res 2004RESOLUTION NO. 2004 BEING A RESOLUTION) OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDING AMENDMENTS TO THE LAND USE ELEMENT OF THE GENERAL PLAN FROM "LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL" TO "PROFESSIONAL OFFICE" FOR PROPERTY KNOWN AS 260 W. HAMILTON AVENUE (GP 81-05). After notification and public hearing as specified by law on the application of Mr. Robert Plassmeyer for a General Plan amendment to change the Land Use Element from Low Density Residential (less than 6 units per gross acre) to Professional Office for property known as 260 W. Hamilton Avenue, as filed in the office of the Planning Director on April 21, 1D81 and after presentation by the Planning Director, proponents and opponents, the hearing was closed. After due consideration of all evidence presented, the Planning Commission does find as follows: 1. The proposed Professional Office land use would be compatible with the existing development. 2. The proposed change is in the best interest of the City of Campbell. The Planning Commission does hereby adopt a Resolution recommending that the City Council adopt the Ordinance attached hereto as Exhibit A making effective the proposed amendments.
