BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CAMPBELL RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
ELEVATIONS, AND DEVELOPMENT SCHEDULE TO ALLOW
CONSTRUCTION OF TEN CONDOMINIUM UNITS ON PROPERTY
KNOWN AS 115 AND 139 DOT AVENUE IN A P-D (PLANNED
DEVELOPMENT/MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL) ZONING
DISTRICT. (APPLICATION OF MR. ROBERT KADJEVICH,
PD 81-03.)
Plans, elevations and development schedule for ten condominium units
to be located on property known as 115 and 139 Dot Avenue in a P-D
(Planned Development/Medium Density Residential) Zoning District have
been presented for approval by Mr. Robert Kadjevich.
After notification and public hearing as specified by law on said
proposed amendments, as filed in the Office of the Planning Department
on February 4, 1981, and after presentation by the Planning Director,
proponents and opponents, the hearing was closed.
After due consideration of all evidence presented, the Planning
Commission did find as follows:
That the establishment, maintenance, and operation of the
proposed use will not be detrimental to the health, safety,
peace, morals, comfort or general welfare of the persons
residing or working in the neighborhood of such use, or
detrimental or injurious to property and improvements in
the neighborhood or the general welfare of the City.
Based on the above findings, the Planning Commission did recommend
approval of plans, elevations, and development schedule as presented and
further recommends that the City Council enact the Ordinance attached
hereto as Exhibit "A", adopting said plans, elevations, and development
schedule for that portion of the above-mentioned Planned Development
Zone.
