PC Res 1977RESOLUTION N0. 1977 BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL CERTIFYING AS COMPLETE AN ENVIRON- MENTAL IMPACT REPORT FORA PROPOSED FIRE STATION TO BE LOCATED ON PROPERTY KNOWN AS 125 S. UNION AVENUE IN A P-D (PLANNED DEVELOPMENT/HIGH DENSITY RESIDENTIAL) ZONING DISTRICT. (EIR 81-01) A Draft Environmental Impact Report for a fire station proposed for property known as 125 S. Union Avenue in a P-D (Planned Development/ High Density Residential) Zoning District has been presented for approval by the City of Campbell. After notification and public hearing as specified by law on said report as filed in the Office of the Planning Department on January 7, 1981, and after presentation by the Planning Director, proponents and opponents, the hearing was closed. After due consideration of all evidence presented, the Planning Commission did find as follows: The Draft Environmental Impact Report is complete as submitted.
