BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING .COMMISSION
RECOMMENDING ADOPTION OF THE UPDATED MAP OF THE
LAND USE ELEMENT OF THE GENERAL PLAN (GP 81-04).
After notification and public hearing as specified by law on amendments
to the Land Use Element of the General Plan, and after presentation by
the Planning Director, proponents and opponents, the hearing was closed.
After due consideration of all evidence presented, the Planning Commission
does find as follows:
1. The proposed updated map of the Land Use Element of the
General Plan is consistent with adopted City policy
regarding land use.
2. The adoption of the proposed updated map is in the best
interest of the City of Campbell.
The Planning Commission does hereby adopt a Resolution recommending that
the City Council adopt the Ordinance attached hereto as Exhibit "A" making
effective the proposed amendments.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of February, 1981 by the following roll
call vote:
AYES: Commissioners: Pack, Kotowski, Campos, Dickson, Fairbanks,
Meyer
