BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL RECOMMENDING PREZONING
OF CERTAIN PROPERTIES PROPOSED TO BE ANNEXED
TO THE CITY OF CAMPBELL UNDER PROVISIONS OF
THE MUNICIPAL ORGANIZATION ACT ~F 1977,
DOVER 80-6 (ZC 81-04).
After notification and public hearing as specified by law on prezoning of
certain properties proposed to be annexed to the City of Campbell under
provisions of the Municipal Organization Act of 1977 (MORGA), and after
presentation by the Planning Director, proponents and opponents, the
hearing was closed.
After due consideration of all evidence presented, the Planning Commission
does hereby recommend the prezoning of certain properties proposed to be
annexed to the City of Campbell under provisions of MORGA as shown on
Exhibit A, attached hereto and made a part of this resolution.
The Planning Commission does hereby adopt a Resolution recommending
that the City Council adopt the Ordinance attached hereto making effective
the proposed prezoning.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of February, 1981 by the following roll
call vote:

Meyer
NOES: Commissioners: None
