PC Res 1970RESOLUTION N0. 1970 BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDING AMENDMENTS TO THE LAND USE ELEMENT OF THE GENERAL PLAN FROM LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL TO MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL OR PROFESSIONAL OFFICE FOR PROPERTY KNOWN AS 440 AND 456 LLEWELLYN AVENUE (GP 81-03). After notification and public hearing as specified by law on proposed application of Mr. Steve Colen fora General Plan amendment to change the Land Use Element from Low Density Residential to Medium Density Residential or Professional Office for property known as 440 and 456 Llewellyn Avenue, and after presentation by the Planning Director, proponents and opponents, the hearing was closed. After due consideration of all evidence presented, the Planning Commission does find as follows: 1. The proposed Medium Density Residential or Professional Office land use would be compatible with the existing development. 2. The proposed changes are in the best interest of the City of Campbell. The Planning Commission does hereby adopt a Resolution recommending that the City Council adopt the Ordinance attached hereto making effective the proposed amendments.
