BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF CAMPBELL RECOMP•1ENDING THE ESTABLISHMENT
OF ZONING FOR AN AREA ANNEXED TO THE CITY OF CAP~IPBELL
UNDER PROCEEDINGS KN04JN AS LEIGH 80-5. (ZC 81-03)
After notification and public hearing as specified by law on the zoning
of certain properties proposed to be annexed to the City of Campbell under
provisions of the Municipal Organization Act of 1977 (MORGA), and after
presentation by the Planning Director, proponents and opponents, the hearing
was closed.
After due consideration of all evidence presented, the Planning Commission
does hereby recommend the zoning of certain properties being annexed to the
City of Campbell under provisions of MORGA as shown on Exhibit "A",
attached hereto and made a part of this resolution.
The Planning Commission does hereby adopt a Resolution recommending that
the City Council adopt the Ordinance attached hereto making effective the
proposed zoning.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of February, 1981 by the following roll
call vote:
