ALLOW CONSTRUCTION OF A DAY-CARE CENTER AND
ASSEMBLY HALL ON PROPERTY KNOWN AS 202 RAILWAY
AVENUE (APPLICATION OF REV. LLOYD HASTINGS ON
BEHALF OF CALVARY TEMPLE, INC., PD 80-06).
Plans, elevations and development schedule fora day-care center
and assembly hall to be located on property known as 202 Railway Avenue
in a P-D (Planned Development/Industrial) Zoning District have been

After notification and public hearing as specified by law on said
proposed amendments, as filed in the office of the Planning Department
on August 20, 1980, and after presentation by the Planning Director,
