PC Res 1938RESOLUTION N0. 1938 BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COP~1~~IISSION OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL CERTIFYING AS COMPLETE AN ENVIRON- _ MENTAL IMPACT REPORT FOR AN OFFICE-IN DUSTRIAL- WAREHOUSE DEVELOPMENT, PROPOSED FOR PROPERTY KNOL~JN AS 250 E. HACIENDA AVENUE IN A CM:B-80 (CONTROLLED MANU- FACTURING/INDUSTRIAL) ZONING DISTRICT. (EIR 80-2). A Draft Environmental Impact Report for a six office-industrial-warehouse complex proposed for property known as 250 E. Hacienda Avenue in a Ch1:B-80 (Controlled h1anufacturing/Industrial) Zoning District has been presented for approval of h1r. William Jury and the Southbay Construction Company. After notification and public hearing as specified by law on said report as filed in the Office of the Planning Department on August 25, 1980, and after presentation by the Planning Director, proponents and opponents, the hearing was closed. After due consideration of all evidence presented, the Planning Commission did find as follows: The Draft Environmental Impact Report is complete as submitted.
