PLANNING COMMISSION
RESOLUTION N0. 1934
After notification and public hearing as specified by law on the
application of California Mobile Truss, Inc., for a use permit and
approval of plans to establish a temporary use of manufacturing of
roof trusses on property known as 3185 5. Winchester Boulevard in
an Interim (Commercial) Zoning District, as per the application (UP 80-23)
filed in the Office of the Planning Department on August 19, 1980 and
after presentation by the Planning Director, proponents and opponents,
the hearing was closed.
After due consideration of all the evidence presented, the Commission
did find as follows:
That the establishment, maintenance, and operation of the proposed
use will be detrimental to the health, safety, peace, morals, comfort
and general welfare of the persons residing or working in the
neighborhood of such use, and detrimental and injurious to property
and improvements in the neighborhood and the general welfare of
the City, and causing undue noise problems to the residents of the
area.
Based on the above findings, the Planning Commission does hereby deny
the requested use permit.
The applicant is notified that he shall comply with all applicable
Codes or Ordinances of the City of Campbell which pertain to this development
and are not herein specified.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of September 1980 by the following
roll call vote:
