RESOLUTION N0. 1933
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE FLAN~rIP~G COMMISSION RECOMMENDING
AMENDMENTS TO THE OPEN SPACE ELEMENT OF THE GENERAL PLAN
REGARDING DESIGN CRITERIA FOR C!REEKSIDE DEVELOPMENT, GP 80-13.
After notification and public heariyzg as specified by law on a
proposed City-initiated amendment to the Open Space Element of the General
Plan regarding design criteria for creekside development, and after
presentation by the Planning Director, proponents and opponents, the
hearing was closed.
After due consideration of all evidence presented, the Planning
Commission does find as follows:
1. The proposed design criteria wou?d be compatible with
the existing standards.
2. The proposed changes are in the best interest of the
city of Campbell.
The Planning Commission does hereby adopt a resolution recommending
that the City Council adopt the Ordinance attached hereto as Exhibit A
making effective the proposed amendment.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of September 1980 by the following
roll call vote:
AYES: Commissioners: Pack, Dickson, Meyer, Kasolas, Kotowski,
Fairbanks, Campos
NOES: Commissioners: None
ABSENT: Commissioners: None
