RESOLUTION N0. 1931
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDING
AN AMENDMENT TO THE LAND USE ELEMENT OF THE GENERAL PLAN
FROM "PUBLIC, SEMI-PUBLIC" i"O "'MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL
AND/OR PROFESSIONA;. OFFICE" FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY KNOWN
AS 44 E. LATIMER AVENUE, GP 80-i1.
After notification and public hear~;~~ as specified by law on the ~gplicat~on of
Mr. Charles Rose for an amendment to the .and Ilse Element of the General P1lan rom
"Public, Semi-Public" to"Medium Density Residential and/or Professional
Office" for property known as 44 E. Latimer Avenue, and after presentation by
the Planning Director, proponents and opponents, the hearing was closed.
After due consideration of ail evidence presented, the Punning
Commission does find as follows:
1. The proposed Medium Density Residential and/or Professional
Office land use would be compatible with the existing
development.
2. The proposed changes are in the best interest of the city
of Campbell.
The Planning Commission does hereby adopt a resolution recommending
that the City Council adopt the Ordinance attached hereto as Exhibit A
making effective the proposed amendments.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of September 1980 by the following
roll call vote:
AYES: Commissioners: Pack, Dicksan, Meyer, Kasolas, Kotowski,
Fairbanks, Campos
NOES: Commissioners: None
ABSENT: Commissioners: None
