PC Res 1930RESOLUTION N0. 1930 After notification and public nearing as specified by law on the application of Ms. Susan Davidson on behalf of the Adult independence Development Center for a use permit and approval of plans to modify an existing residential unit to accommodate wheel chairs so that a Transitional Living Center for the physically handicapped may be established on property known as 306 St. Paul Drive in an R-1 (Sin gle-Family Residential) ~.oning District, as per application filed in the Office of the Planning Department on August 11, 1980, and after presentation by the Planning Director, proponents and opponents, the hearing was closed (UP 80-21). After due consideration of all evidence presented, the Commission did find as follows: That the establishment, mai ntenancr > and r.;~,;:~°a 4. o~~ of the proposed use will not be detrimental to the health, safety, peace, morals, comfort, or general welfare of persons residing or workino in the neighborhood of such use, or be detrimental or injurious to the property and improvements in the neighborhood or the general welfare of the City. Based on the above findings, the Planning Commission does hereby grant the requested use permit subject to the following conditions: 1. Applicant to obtain any necessary building permits. 2. Approval is limited to six live-in persons. The applicant is notified as part of this application that he/she is required to meet the following conditions in accordance with Ordinances of the City of Campbell and laws of the State of California. A. Facility shall be licensed through the State Fire Marshal's office. B. Facility shall comply with the standards in the California Admin. Code, Titles 19 and 24. The applicant is notified that he/she shall comply with all applicable Codes _. or Ordinances of the City of Campbell which pertain to this development and are not herein specified.
