RESOLUTION N0. 1928
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL RECOMMENDING DENIAL OF
A CHANGE TO THE ZONING MAP AS SHOWN IN EXHIBIT "A"
(APPLICATION OF MR. KENT iCIRKORIAN, ZC 80-9).
After notification and public hearing as specified by law on proposed amendments
to the Zoning Map of the City of Campbell and after presentation by the Planning
Director, proponents and opponents, the Planning Commission did determine that V
the change as shown in Exhibit "A", attached, should be denied based on the
following findings:
1. The plans, as submitted, indicate excessive lot coverage.
2. There is insufficient space between parallel buildings.
Based on these findings, the Planning Commission of the City of Campbell does
hereby deny the proposed zone change.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of September, 1980 by the followina_ roll call
vote:

NOES: Commissioners: None
ABSENT: Commissioners: Kasolas, Campos
