BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL RECOMMENDING DENIAL
OF A CHANGE TO THE ZONING MAP AS SHOWN IN
EXHIBIT "A" (APPLICATION OF MR. JAMES LAMPE,
ZC 80- 5) .
After notification and public hearing as specified by law on the proposed
amendments to the Zoning Map of the City of Campbell and after presentation
by the Planning Director, proponents and opponents, the Planning Commission
did determine that the change as shown in Exhibit "A", attached, should be
denied without prejudice based on the following findings:
1. Application withdraw per request of hr. James Lampe, applicant.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of September, 1980 by the following roll
call vote:
AYES: Commissioners: Pack, Meyer, Kotowski, Fairbanks, Dickson
NOES: Commissioners: None
ABSENT: Commissioners: Kasolas, Campos
