BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CAMPBELL RECOMP~ENDING APPROVAL OF A CHANGE TO
THE ZONING MAP AS SHO~dN IN EXHIBIT "A" (APPLICATION OF
MR. ELDRED KUNKEL, ZC 80-10).
After notification and public hearing as specified by law on proposed amendments
to the Zoning Map of the City of Campbell and after presentation by the Planning
Director, proponents and opponents, the Planning Commission did determine that
the change as shown in Exhibit "A", attached, should be made to the Zoning Map
based on the following findings:
1. The proposed zone change is consistent with the Land Use
Element of the General Plan which shows "Low Density
Residential" for that portion of the property having
frontage along Whiteoaks Road, and "High Density
Residential" for the remainder of the subject property.
2. The proposed pre-zone charge to R-1 (P) (Single Family
Residential) and R-3 (P) (Multiple Family Residential)
would allow the development of the property in conformance
with the General Plan.
3. The proposed pre-zone change will not be detrimental to
the health, safety, peace, morals, comfort or general
welfare of the persons residing or working in the
neighborhood of such zone change or be detrimental or
injurious to property and improvements in the neighborhood
or the general welfare of the City.
4. The proposed pre-zone change is consistent with the Land
Use Element.
The Planning Commission of the City of Campbell recommends that the City
Council enact. the Ordinance attached hereto as Exhibit "A" making effective
the recommended changes to the Zoning Map.

vote:
