BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING. COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CAMPBELL RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
ELEVATIONS, AND DEVELOPMENT SCHEDULE TO ALLOW CON-
STRUCTION OF 164 CONDOMINIUM UNITS AND TO DEVELOP AN
EXISTING SCHOOL BUILDING AS PROFESSIONAL OFFICES ON
PROPERTY KN04JN AS 51 E. CAMPBELL AVENUE (APPLICATION
OF BABET FINANCIAL CORPORATION, °D 80-2).
Plans, elevations and development schedule for 164 condominium units and
the development of an existing school building into professional offices
to be located on property known as 5l F, ^amThRll Avenue in a P-D (Planned
Development/Professional Office and high Density Residential) Zoning District
have been presented for approva~i by Babet Financial Corporation.
After notification and public hearing as specified by law on said proposed
amendments, as filed in the Office of the Planning Department on April 14,
1980, and after presentation by the Planning Director, proponents and
opponents, the hearing was closed.
After doe consideration of all evidence presented, the Planning Commission
did find as follows:
That the establishment, maintenance, and operation of the proposed
use will not be detrimental to the health, safety, peace, morals,
comfort or general welfare of the persons residing or working in
the neighborhood of such use, or detrimental or injurious to
property and improvements in the neighborhood or the general
welfare of the City.
Based on the above findings, the Planning Commission did recommend approval
of plans, elevations, and development schedule as presented and further
recommends that the City Council enact the Ordinance attached hereto as
Exhibit "A", adopting said plans, elevations, and development schedule for
that portion of the above mentioned Planned Development Zone.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of August, 1980 by the following roll call
vote:
