PC Res 1923RESOLUI'i0N N0. 1923 BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMh1iS:~ION OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL CERTIFYING AS COMPLETE f',i~ ENVIRON- MENTAL IMPACT REPORT FORA PLANNED DEVELOI'f~1ENT PROJECT, KNOWN AS HERITAGE VILLAGE, CONSISTING OF PROFESSIONAL OFFICES AND 164 CONDOMINIUM UNITS, PROPOSED FOR PROPERTY KNOWN AS 51 E. CAMPBELL AVENUE, LOCATED AT THE NORTHEASTERLY CORNER OF WINCHESTER BOULEVARD AND CAMPBELL AVENUE. (APPLICATION OF BABET FINANCIAL CORPORATION, EIR 80-1.) A Draft Environmental Impact Report for a professional office and. condominium complex proposed for property known as 51 E. Campbell Avenue in a P-D (Planned Development/Professional Office and High Density Residential) Zoning District has been presented for approval by Babet Financial Corporation and Ruth and Going, Inc. After notification and public hearing as specified by law on said report as filed in the Office of the Planning Department on July 19, 1980, and after presentation by the Planning Director, proponents and opponents, the hearing was closed. After due consideration of all evidence presented, the Planning Commission did find as follows: The Draft Environmental Impact Report is complete as submitted.
