PROJECT, KNOWN AS HERITAGE VILLAGE, CONSISTING OF
PROFESSIONAL OFFICES AND 164 CONDOMINIUM UNITS,
PROPOSED FOR PROPERTY KNOWN AS 51 E. CAMPBELL
AVENUE, LOCATED AT THE NORTHEASTERLY CORNER OF
WINCHESTER BOULEVARD AND CAMPBELL AVENUE.

A Draft Environmental Impact Report for a professional office and. condominium
complex proposed for property known as 51 E. Campbell Avenue in a P-D (Planned
Development/Professional Office and High Density Residential) Zoning District
has been presented for approval by Babet Financial Corporation and Ruth and
Going, Inc.
After notification and public hearing as specified by law on said report
as filed in the Office of the Planning Department on July 19, 1980, and
after presentation by the Planning Director, proponents and opponents, the
hearing was closed.
After due consideration of all evidence presented, the Planning Commission
did find as follows:
The Draft Environmental Impact Report is complete as submitted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of August, 1980 by the following roll call
vote:
