PC Res 1910RESOLUTION N0. 191G BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF PLANS, ELEVATIONS, AND DEVELOPMENT SCHEDULE TO ALLOW CON- STRUCTION OF 9 SINGLE-FAMIILY HOMES ON PROPERTY KNOWN AS 1160 & 1120 STEINWAY AVENUE (APPLICATION OF MR. CAESAR VILLANO - PD 80-05). Plans, elevations and development sc,e~ciule for constriction of 9 single-family homes to be located on rr~operty known as 1150 ~ 1170 Steinway in an R-1 (P) (Prezoned Low Density Residential) ?;~~? ?~~~~~•°?m !~~.,+~ "~~rsity Residential). Zoning District have been presented far appro~~~~T ~s;t =~"r•e ~,aesar Villano. After notification and public hearing as specified by law on said proposed amendments, as filed in the Office of the Planning Department on June 4, 1980, and after presentation by the Planning Director, proponents and opponents, the hearing was closed. After due consideration of all evidence presented, the .Planning Commission did find as follows: That. the establishment, maintenance, and operation of the proposed use will not be detrimental to the health, safety, peace, morals, comfort or general welfare of the persons residing or working in the neighborhood of such use, or detrimental or injurious to property and improvements in the neighborhood or the general welfare of the City. Based on the above findings, the Planning Commission did recommend approval of plans, elevations, and deveiopment schedule as presented and further recommends that the City Council enact the Ordinance attached hereto as Exhibit "A", adopting said plans, elevations, and development schedule for that portion of the above mentioned Planned Development Zone.
