BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF CA~IFBELL, CALIFORfdIA SETTING
THE DATE OF A PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER A
CITY-INITIATED TEXT AMENDMENT TO CHAPTERS
21.22 (C-1), 21.24 (C-2), AND 21.25 (C-3)
OF THE CAMPBELL MJNICIPAL CODE TO REQUIRE
A USE PERMIT FOR ANY LIQUOP ESTAPf.Ici~M,ENY
IN THE CITY OF CAMPBELL.
The Planning Commission of the City of Campbell does hereby set the
hour of 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, July 15, 1980 in the Council Chambers of
the City Hall, 75 North Central Avenue, Campbell, California as the time
and place for public hearing to consider a City-initiated text amendment
to Chapters 21.22 (C-1), 21.24 (C-2), and 21.26 (C-3) of the Campbell
Municipal Code to require a use permit for any liquor establishment in
the City of Campbell.
The Planning Commission of the City of Campbell hereby authorizes
the Secretary of the Planning Commission to publish notice of hearing on
this matter, in the manner prescribed by law.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of June 1980 by the following
roll call vote:
