After notification and public hearing as specified ~y law on the application
of P1r. Edward Yuen for a use permit and approval of plans to renovate an
existing car wash and to construct an office buildin on property known as
1667 S. Bascom Avenue in a C-2-S (General Commercial Zoning District, as
per application filed ir, the Office of the Planning Department on P1arch 18,
1980, and after presentation by the Planning Director, proponents and opponents,
the hearing was closed (UP 80-8).
After due consideration of all evidence presented, the Commission denied
without prejudice the requested use permit for the following reason:
1. Application withdrawn at applicant's req~Jest.
