BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF CAMIPBELL RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A
CHANGE TO THE ZONING MAP AS SH0WN IN EXHIBIT "A"
(APPLICATION OF MR. CARL FRANKLIN, ZC 79-6).
After notification of public hearing as specified by law on the
amendments to the Zoning Map of the City of Campbell and after ~
by the Planning Director, proponents and opponents, the Planninc
did determine that the change as shown in Exhibit "A", attached,
made to the Zoning Map based on the following findings:

such zone change or be detrimental or injurious to pro erty
and improvements in the neighborhood or the general we fare
of the City.
4. The proposed zone change is consistent with the Housin

The Planning Commission of the City of Campbell recommends that
Council enact the Ordinance attached hereto as Exhibit "A" makir
the recommended changes to-the Zoning P~1ap.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of Play, 1980 by the following
