A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
ACCEPTING THE IMPROVEMENTS FOR PROJECT 10-EE, COUNTDOWN
PEDESTRIAN SIGNALS PROJECT, AND DIRECTING THE FILING
OF THE NOTICE OF COMPLETION
WHEREAS, the City of Campbell adopted Resolution No. 11077 on September 15,
2009, authorizing the Public Works Director to award a contract to the lowest
responsible bidder for Project 10-EE, Countdown Pedestrian Signals Project; and
WHEREAS, the contract was executed by the Public Works Director and Republic ITS
on November 19, 2009; and
WHEREAS, Republic ITS has completed the aforementioned contract in accordance
with the contract documents.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell
hereby accepts the improvements on Project 10-EE, Countdown Pedestrian Signals
Project and directs staff to file the Notice of Completion.
