A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING THE FINANCE DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT
TO PROVIDE TECHNOLOGY SERVICES TO THE CITY OF MONTE SERENO,
AUTHORIZE THE FINANCE DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE FUTURE
AMENDMENTS AND TO AUTHORIZE STAFF TO INCORPORATE
THE PROGRAM'S ANNUAL REVENUE INTO THE
APPROPRIATE FISCAL YEAR'S BUDGET
WHEREAS, the City of Campbell has the capacity to provide technology services
to the City of Monte Sereno; and
WHEREAS, the City of Monte Sereno and the City of Campbell have agreed it is
in both agency's interest to enter into an AGREEMENT TO PROVIDE TECHNOLOGY
SERVICES (hereinafter "Original Agreement") in order to streamline services and
reduce costs ;and
WHEREAS, the City of Monte Sereno and the City of Campbell may desire to
continue the Original Agreement and to modify its terms with respect to the future costs
of service provided upon mutual agreement of both parties as well as extend the term of
the Original Agreement for each subsequent year of its existence.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Campbell that the Finance Director is hereby authorized to enter into the Original
Agreement to provide technology services, and execute future minor amendments and
to authorize staff to incorporate the program's annual revenue estimate into the
appropriate fiscal year's budget.
