WHEREAS, the properties to be vacated
required for street or highway purposes; a

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell
does hereby vacate the right-of-way adj cent to 476 and 486 East Campbell Avenue
and accept the public service Basemen dedications as shown on the said map in
conformity with the terms for which they a e offered.
