RESOLUTION AMENDING THE LASSIFICATION AND SALARY PLAN
WHEREAS, The City Manager is requirfed by Section 2.12.030 of the Campbell Municipal
code to prepare and submit to the City ouncil recommendations for the reorganization
of offices, departments, and positions uvhich are considered to be in the best interest of
efficient, effective and economical condu of the municipal services provided by the City;
and
WHEREAS, Title 2, Section 2.16.020 of he Campbell Municipal Code provides that the
City Council may, from time to timee, by resolution, change the compensation of
employees of said City, and may, by re~ol tion, adopt salary and wage scales; and
WHEREAS, a review has been conducted; and
WHEREAS, an amendment to the cure t Classification and Salary Plan is needed to
meet the requirements of Municipal Code Section 2.12.030.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVE that the City Council of the City of Campbell
does hereby approve the revised class specification for Recreation and Community
Services Director (Attachment C) as outlined in the Council Report,
