BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF CAMPBELL SETTING THE DATE OF A PUBLIC
HEARING TO CONSIDER A REVISED APPLICATION OF
SM&J LAND CO. FOR A CHANGE OF ZONING FROM R-1
(SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL) TO P-D (PLANNED
DEVELOPMENT) AND APPROVAL OF PLANS TO DEVELOP
PROPERTY KNOWN AS 599 EL PATIO DRIVE (ZC 79-6) .
The Planning Commission of the City of Campbell does hereby set the hour
of 7:30 p,m. on Tuesday, April 1, 1980 in the Council Chambers of the
City Hall, 75 North Central Avenue, Campbell, Ca1-+fornia as the time and
place for public hearing to consider a revised application of SMJxJ Land
Co. fora change of zoning from R-1 (Single Family Resider:tial) to P-D
(Planned Development) an"d approval of plans t~ develop property known as
599 E1 Patio Drive.
The Planning Commission of' the City of CarnpLeii hereby authorizes the
Secretary of the Planning Commission to publish notice of hearing on
this matter, in the manner prescribed by law.
