After notification and public hearing as specified by law on i;he uppl;cat~ion
of Mr. Sanford Getreu fora use permit and approval of plans to allow the
addition of 5 zero iot line single family homes to an oxisting single family
development on property kncwn as 72?_ Budd Avenue in an Interim (Lew Density
Residential) Zoning District, as pe~° application filed in the Office of the
Planning Department on November 26, 1979, and after presentation by t!-:e
Plann~inn Director, proponents and opponent, the hearing was closed (UP 79-3).
After due consideration of all evidence presented, the Commission denied
without prejudice the requested use permit for the following reason:
1. Application withdrawn at applicant's request.

vote:
