BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNINJG COMh1ISSI0NJ
OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL SETTING THE DATE OF A
PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER A TEXT AMENDMEPJT
TO THE CAMPBELL MUNICIPAL CODE (TA 80-1).
The Planning Commission of the City of Campbell does hereby set the
hour of 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, March 4, 1980 in the Council Chambers
of the City Hail, 75 North Central Avenue, Campbell, California as the
time and place for public hearing to consider a text amendment to the
Campbell Municipal Code making provisions for hot tub-sauna establish-
ments, massage establishments, arcades, pool and billiard parlors, and
pawn brokers. (TA 80-1)
The Planning Commission of the City of Campbell hereby authorizes the
Secretary of the Planning Commission to publish r-otice of hearing on
this matter, in the manner prescribed by law.
