BEING A RESOLUTTON OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF CAh1PBELL RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF
PLANS, ELEVATIONS, AND DEVELOPMENT SCHEDULE TO
ALLOW CONSTRUCTION OF 26 TOWNHOUSES ON PROPERTY
KNOWN AS 349 & 361 W. RINCON AVENUE IN A P-D
(PLANNED DEVELOPMENT/LOW-MEDIUM DENSITY
RESIDENTIAL) ZONING DISTRICT. (APPLICATION OF
MR. DAVE RALSTIN, PD 80-1).
Plans, elevations and development schedule for the construction of 26
townhouses to be located on property known as 349 & 361 W. Rincon
Avenue in a P-D (Planned Development/Low-Medium Density Residential)
Zoning District have been presented for approval by P1r. Dave Ralstin.
After notification and public hearing as specified by law on said
proposed amendments, as filed in the Office of the Planning Department
on January 3, 1980, and after presentation by the Planning Director,
proponents and opponents, the hearing was closed.
After due consideration of all evidence presented, the Planning Commission
did find as follows:
That the establishment, maintenance, and operation of the
proposed use will not be detrimental to the health, safety,
place, morals, comfort ar general vrelfare of the persons
residing or working ire the neighborhood of such use, or
detrimental or injurious to property a:~d improvements in

of p'1ans, elevations and development schedule as presented and further
recommer;ds that the City Council enact the Ordinance attached hereto as
Exhibit "A", adopting said plans, elevations and development schedulE for
that portion of the above mentioned Planned Development Zone.
