PC Res 1873RESOLUTION N0. 1873 BEING A RESOLUTTON OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CAh1PBELL RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF PLANS, ELEVATIONS, AND DEVELOPMENT SCHEDULE TO ALLOW CONSTRUCTION OF 26 TOWNHOUSES ON PROPERTY KNOWN AS 349 & 361 W. RINCON AVENUE IN A P-D (PLANNED DEVELOPMENT/LOW-MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL) ZONING DISTRICT. (APPLICATION OF MR. DAVE RALSTIN, PD 80-1). Plans, elevations and development schedule for the construction of 26 townhouses to be located on property known as 349 & 361 W. Rincon Avenue in a P-D (Planned Development/Low-Medium Density Residential) Zoning District have been presented for approval by P1r. Dave Ralstin. After notification and public hearing as specified by law on said proposed amendments, as filed in the Office of the Planning Department on January 3, 1980, and after presentation by the Planning Director, proponents and opponents, the hearing was closed.
