BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF CAMPBELL RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
ELEVATIONS AND DEVELOPMENT SCHEDULE TO ALLOW CON-
STRUCTION OF AN INDUSTRIAL BUILDING ON PROPERTY
KNOWN .AS 535 PAGE STREET IN A P-D (PLANNED
DEVELOPMENT/INDUSTRIAL) ZONING DISTRICT (APPLICATION
OF MR. C. THOMAS GILMAN ON BEHALF OF MR. STEVE DYPVIK
AND MICRO-CHASSIS, PD 79-14).
Plans, elevations and development schedule for construction of an
industrial building to be located on property known as 535 Page Street
in a P-D (Planned Development/Industrial) Zoning District have been
presented for approval by MN. C. Thomas Gilman, on behalf of Mr. Steve
Dypvik and ;Micro-Chassis.
After notification and public hearing as speci~Fie~E°,y iaw on said pro-
posed amendments, as filed in the O¢fice of the Planning Department on
December 19, 1979, and after presentation by the Planning Director,
proponents and opponents, the hearing was closed.
After due consideration of all wirenre presented, the Planning Commission

Eased on the above findings, the Planning Commission did recommend approval
of plans, elevations and development schedule as presented and further
recommends that the City Council enact the Ordinance attached hereto as
"Exhibit A", adopting said plans, elevations, and development schedule
for that portion of the above mentioned Planned Development Zone.
