BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL RECOMMENDING APPROVAL
OF A REVISED SPACE UTILIZATION PLAN FOR
PROPERTY KNOWN AS 33 & 93 S. CENTRAL AVENUE
LOCATED IN A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT ZONING
DISTRICT (APPLICATION OF THE FACTORY, PD 79-13).
A revised space utilization plan for The Factory, located on property
known as 33 & 93 S. Central Avenue in a P-D (Planned Development/
Commercial Zoning District have been presented for approval by
Mr, Don Winchester and Mr. Ron Peck.
After notification and public hearing as specified by law on said
proposed amendments, as filed in the Office of the Planning Department
on November 13, 1980, and after presentation by the Planning Director,
proponents and opponents, the hearing was closed.
After due consideration of all evidence presented, the Planning
Commission did find as follows:
That the establishment, maintenance, and operation of the
proposed use vrill not be detrimental to the health, safety,
peace, morals, comfort or general welfare of the persons
residing or vrorking in the neighborhood of such use, or
detrimental or injurious to property and improvements in
the neighborhood or the general welfare of the City.
Based on the above findings, the Planning Commission did recommend approval
of the revised space utilization plan as presented and further recommends
that the City Council enact the Ordinance attached hereto as "Exhibit A",
adopting said space utilization plan for that portion of the above mentioned
Planned Development Zone.
