BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDING
AMENDMENTS TO THE LAND USE ELEMENT OF THE GENERAL PLAN
FROM MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL TO LOW-MEDIUM DENSITY
RESIDENTIAL FOR PROPERTIES KNOWN AS 33, 55, .79, 101, 123,
Z35, & 175 REDDING ROAD (GP SU-10; .
After notification and public hearing as specified by law on proposed
City-initiated amendments to the Land Use Element of the General Plan
from Medium Density Residential to Low-Medium Density Residential for
properties known as 33, 55, 79, 101, 123, 135, and 175 Redding Road,
and after presentation by the Planning Director, proponents and opponents,
the hearing was closed.
After due consideration of aZ1 evidence presented, the Planning Commission
does find as follows:
1. The proposed Lcw-,?:ec'. ta::~ Dr.ns% r y Residential land use would
be compatible vfitr the exiuting development.
2. The proposed changes are in the best interest of the City
of Campbell.
The Planning Commission does hereby adopt a resolution recommending that
the City Council adopt the Ordinance attached hereto as Exhibit "A"
making effective the proposed amendments.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of January, 1980 by the following roll
