BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDING
AMENDMENTS TO THE LAND USE ELEMENT OF THE GENERAL PLAN
FROM LOW-MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL TO LOW DENSITY
RESIDENTIAL FOR PROPERTIES KNOWN AS 1252, 1274, & 1294
WALNUT DRIVE (GP 80-9) .
After notification and public .hearing as specified by law an proposed
City-initiated amendments to the Land Use Element of the General Plan
from Low-Medium Density Residential to Low Density Residential for
properties known as 1252, 1274, & 1294 Walnut Drive, and after
presentation by the Planning Director, proponents and opponents,
the hearing was closed.
After due consideration of all evidence preti,.:;t:t~'~, the Planning
Commission does find as follows:
1. The proposed Low Density Residential Land use would
be compatible with the existing development.
2. The proposed changes are in the best interest of the
City of Campbell.
The Planning Commission does hereby adopt a resolution recommending that
the City Council adopt the Ordinance attached hereto as Exhibit "A" making
effective the proposed amendments.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of January, 1980 by the following roll
