BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION
RECOMMENDING AMENDMENTS TO THE LAND USE ELEMENT
OF THE GENERAL PLAN FROM PROFESSIONAL OFFICE
TO MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL FOR PROPERTY
KNOWN AS 54 MISSION WAY (GP 80-04) .
After notification and public hearing as specified by law on proposed
City-initiated amendments to the Land Use Element of the General Plan
from Professional Office to Medium Density Residential for property
known as 54 Mission Way, and after presentation.by the Planning
Director, proponents and opponants, the hearing was closed.
After due consideration of all evidence presented, the Planning
Commission does find as follows:
1 . The proposed medium density residential land use
would be compatible with the existing development.
2. The proposed changes are in the best interest of the
City of Campbell.
The Planning Commission does hereby adopt a resolution recommending
that the City Council adopt the Ordinance attached hereto as Exhibit
"A" making effective the proposed amendments.
