BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDING
AMENDMENTS TO THE LAND USE ELEMENT OF THE GENERAL PLAN FROM
PROFESSIONAL OFFICE AND LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL TO PROFESSIONAL
OFFICE AND LOW-MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL FOR PROPERTIES LOCATED
AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF S. BASCOM AND MOZART AVENUES (GP 80-1) .
After notificatior, and puh~lic hearing as specfied aT~y law on proposed !'i ty-
initiated amendments to the Land Use Element of tl~ie General Plan from Pro-
fessional Office and Low Density Residential to Frofc>ssioral Office and Low-
Medium Density Residential for propere_ics Iccatt~ at the ,:orthwest corner of
S. Bascom and Mozart Avenues, and after presentation by thr~ Planning Director,
proponents and opponents, the hearing was closed.
After due consideration of all evidence presented, the Planning Commission does
find as follows:
1. The proposed Professional Office and LArJ-A4edium Density
Residential land use would be compati.blc with the existing
development.
2. The proposed changes are in the best interest of the City
of Campbell.
The Planning Commission does hereby adopt a resolution recommending that
the City Council adopt the Ordinance attached hereto as Exhibit "A" making
effective the proposed amendments.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of January, 1S'8^ by the following re11 call
vote:
