BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CAMPBELL RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF PLANS
ELEVATIONS AND DEVELOPMENT SCHEDULE TO ALLOW CON-
STRUCTION OF A PARKING LOT ON PROPERTY KNOWN AS
399 LLEWELLYN AVENUE (APPLICATION OF MR. STEVE
EVARKIOU AND BEST PRODUCTS, INC., pd 79-31.
Plans, elevations and dev~locr«nt schedule for construction of a parking
lot to be Located on pre~,e_tt; %.r.•c~;:'::ws ,19: .Llewellyn Avenue in a P-D
(Planned Development/Commercial) Zoning District have been presented for
approval by Mr. Steve Evarkiou and Best Products, Inc.
After notification and public hearing as specified by law on said proposed
amendments, as filed in the Office of the Planning Department on December 18,
1980, and after presentation by the Planning Director, proponents and opponents,
the hearing was closed.
After due consideration of all evidence presented, the Planning Commission did
find as follows:
That the establishment, maintenance, and operation of the
proposed use will not be detrimental to the health, safety,
peace, morals, comfort or general welfare of the persons
residing or working in the neighborhood of such use, or
detrimental or injurious to property ar_d improvements in
the neighborhood or the general welfare of tihe City.
Based on the above findings, the Planning Commission did recommend approval
of plans, elevationsand development schedule as presented and further recommends
that the City Council enact the Ordinances attached hereto as Exhibit "A", adopting
said plans, elevations and development :.cl7edule for that portion of the above
mentioned Planned Development Zone.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of January, 1980 by the following roll call
vote:
