After notification and public hearing as specified by law on the application
of Mr. Leonard Pritchard for a use permit and approval of plans to remodel
the exterior of an existing building located on property known as 22 S. Second
Street in a P-D (Planned Development/Commercial) Zoning District, as per the
application of Mr. Leonard Pritchard filed in the Office of the Planning
Department on December 18, 1979, and after presentation by the Planning
Director, proponents and opponents, the hearing was closed. (UP 79-34)
