PLANNING COMMISSION
CITY OF CAMPBELL, CALIFORNIA
After notification and public hearing as specified by law on the
application of Mr. Kent Kirkorian for a use permit and approval of plans
to allow construction of a two-unit development on property known as
700 S. San Tomas Aquino Road in an Interim (Low Density Residential) Zoning
District, and after presentation by the Planning Director, proponents and
opponents, the Planning Commission did determine that the change as shown
in Exhibit A (attached)should be made to the Zoning Map based on the
following findings:
