CITY OF CAMPBELL, CALIFORNIA
After notification and public hearing as specified by law on the
application of Mr. Kent Kirkorian for a use permit and approval of plans
to allow the constructin of a two-unit development on property known as
700 S. San Tomas Aquino Road in an Interim (Low Density Residential) Zoning
District, as per application filed in the Office of the Planning Department,
on November 30, 1979, and after presentation by the Planning Director,
proponents and opponents, the hearing was closed. (UP 79-33)
