After notification and public hearing as specified by law on the
application of Mr. John T. Hood for approval of a request for a variance
to Section 21.50.020(4) of the Campbell Municipal Code to allow the
construction of a garage within 25 feet of the street on property known
as 350 W. Hedegard Avenue in an R-1 (Single Family/Low Density Residential)
Zoning District, as per the application filed in the Office of the Planning
Department on November 30, 1979, and after presentation by the Planning
Director, proponents and opponents, the hearing was closed.
